  • 03/14 — Successfully arranged a $200,000 term loan and a $350,000 line of credit from a chartered bank for an integrated marketing and advertising agency based in Toronto, Ontario.
  • 02/14 — Successfully raised a private placements of $1,120,000 for the Southbridge HealthCare Fund, an open-ended mutual fund trust that is focused on acquiring and redeveloping long-term care homes in Ontario.

2013

  • 10/13 — Successfully arranged a $1,000,000 cash flow loan and a $250,000 line of credit from a chartered bank for a popular salon offering a range of services.
  • 10/13 — Successfully arranged a $1,000,000 line of credit, a $621,122 commercial mortgage and a $1,626,340 cash flow loan from a chartered bank for a manufacturer of steel canopies and servicer of outdoor signs and lighting structures.
