In February of 2019, Cranson Capital announced that it has completed an $8.65 million capital raise for the Plaza Partners Cactus Estates LP for the purpose of rezoning a 60-unit townhouse rental complex on a 3.5-acre site in North Toronto, across the street from the City of Vaughan.

The asset is planned to be held for 3-5 years where the value is expected to rise significantly due to the high population growth and development occurring in the area.
