In 2016 and 2017, Cranson Capital raised and invested $20 million in the Central Condominium REIT, a portfolio of 68 new condominiums located in three buildings in downtown Toronto. The REIT was formed to capitalize on the strength of the Greater Toronto Area condo market.
The REIT began exiting units in 2020 and currently holds 57 of the original 68; 26 units in Epic, 6 units in Edge, and 26 in Musee. The remaining units are valued at $36,000,000.
