Emory Liu has over 10 years of experience in the real estate investment industry. Emory worked in various Toronto based Investment Banks and Private Equity Funds managing several real estate asset classes across Canada. Emory oversaw over $4 billion of real estate assets including for sale residential development projects, multifamily residential development projects, existing multifamily acquisitions, commercial acquisitions, industrial acquisitions, land acquisitions among others.

Prior to joining Cranson Capital, Emory was the VP of Investments at Bluevale Capital Group, a Toronto based value-add multifamily firm and Investment Associate at Harbour Equity, a development focused private equity fund. Emory is currently the managing partner of Blockhouse Funds, a multifamily acquisition firm based in Toronto.

 Emory holds a bachelor of arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Western Ontario.
