In July 2019, Cranson Capital investors closed on a $5.65 million investment in the Block (Vaughan Road) Developments Limited Partnership for the purpose of building a mid-rise condo building in the Bathurst Street and St. Clair Avenue West neighbourhood. The 15-storey mid-rise building will consist of 134 units with underground parking stalls and lockers. The building will be situated between two of the city’s most affluent neighbourhoods, Forest Hill South and Humewood-Cedarvale.

The project launched a sales in March of 2022, receiving strong market demand and quickly reaching 65% sold. Site work and construction are expected to commence in Q1 of 2023.
