In May of 2020, Cranson Capital raised and invested $8.4 million into the Huntingdale Towns Limited Partnership and entered a Development Management Agreement with Profile Developments (formerly known as Map Group) to build townhomes near the intersection of Finch Avenue East and Pharmacy Avenue. Five blocks consisting of 81 freehold townhomes will be built on a 1.76-acre site close to several amenities including a park, shopping, and public transit. The homes will feature 2, 3 and 5 bedroom units ranging between 1,048 and 5,062 square feet. Construction and demolition on the site began in Spring of 2022.
