In July of 2016, Cranson Capital raised $17.5 million for the Plazacorp Plaza on Yonge, a development project in Toronto, Ontario. The development will consist of four phases of construction to build 255 units of single detached, semi-detached, and townhomes.

Located less than 500 metres from Finch Station, the third busiest transit hub in the Greater Toronto Area, the development will allow residents to connect to all parts of the GTA. The Newtonbrook area, where the development is situated, has experienced high population growth and a steep increase in new and proposed developments due to its close proximity to transit.

Construction on the project began in February 2017 and expected to reach completion in early 2022.
