Points West Living LP (“PWL”) is a leading provider of quality, supportive living space for seniors in Western Canada. PWL wholly owns: six income-producing seniors communities comprising approximately 504 suites located in Alberta; Connecting Care, a company providing operations management, construction management and development services to seniors communities; and a minority interest in an income-producing 78-suite seniors community in British Columbia.

The owned seniors’ communities provide a mix of Independent Supportive Living, Designated Supportive Living and Memory Care Supportive Living environments. The Government of Alberta, through Alberta Health Services (“AHS”), provides funding to pay for the health care needs of the Designated Supportive Living and Memory Care Supportive Living residents in the communities.  Independent Supportive Living rents are generally based on market rates.
