In November 2023, Cranson Capital Securities investors invested $5,000,000 in the Thelma Avenue Limited Partnership from Dealcore Properties. The funds were raised for the development of a 32-unit luxury condominium project in the Forest Hill South area.

The project is being designed by Richard Wengle Architects, an internationally renowned firm with extensive experience in high-end projects.
